COM GROUP<\/strong> \u2013 Gerak cepat Tim Opsnal Sakera Sakti Polres Pamekasan Polda Jatim akhirnya berhasil amankan terduga pelaku pencabulan anak di bawah umur.<\/p>\n<p>Terduga pelaku pencabulan yang diamankan inisial IB (28th), Warga Ds. Pademawu Timur, Kec. Pademawu, Kab. Pamekasan.<\/p>\n<p>Kasihumas Polres Pamekasan AKP Sri Sugiarto menyampaikan, bahwa penangkapan pelaku inisial IB setelah ada Laporan Polisi Nomor:LP\/B\/73\/IV\/2024\/SPKT\/POLRES PAMEKASAN\/POLDA JATIM Tanggal 15 April 2024 atas nama pelapor ES.<\/p>\n<p>Menurut AKP Srei Sugiarto, kejadiannya berawal pada hari senin (15\/4) sekitar pukul 18.30 wib, pelapor ES (ibu korban) mendapati korban inisial N (16th) menangis.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKemudian ES menanyakan kepada korban kenapa menangis, akhirnya korban bercerita kalau dirinya di cabulin oleh Pelaku IB,\u201dujar AKP Sri Sugiarto,Sabtu (20\/4).<\/p>\n<p>Mendengar cerita anaknya tersebut, ES segera melaporkannya ke Polres Pamekasan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTempat kejadiannya di dekat kamar mandi dalam meubel di Desa Panempan, Kecamatan Kota Pamekasan,\u201dujarnya.<\/p>\n<p>Atas perbuatannya tersebut pelaku inisial IB kini harus mendekam di rumah tahanan Polres Pamekasan untuk proses hukum lebih lanjut.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTersangka sudah diamankan untuk diperiksa lebih lanjut,\u201dkata AKP Sri Sugiarto.<\/p>\n<p>Untuk kasus ini tersangka diancam dengan undang-undang perlindungan anak dengan pidana penjara paling singkat 5(lima) tahun dan paling lama 15(lima belas) tahun serta denda paling banyak Lima miliar Rupiah.
