R. Umar Faruq SH., M.Hum., memimpin Apel gelar pasukan Operasi Mandalika Gatari 2024 dalam rangka Pengamanan Event MotoGP Mandalika, Selasa (24\/09\/2024).<\/p>\n<p>Apel tersebut berlangsung di Lapangan Bhara Daksa Polda NTB yang dihadiri Pj. Gubernur atau yang mewakili, Seluruh Kepala Lembaga dan Instansi terkait tingkat Provinsi NTB, segenap PJU Polda NTB, Kapolres\/ta se pulau Lombok, serta perwakilan personil dan Sarana Prasarana yang digunakan dalam Ops Pengamanan.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam arahannya, Kapolda NTB Irjen Pol. R. Umar Faruq menyampaikan bahwa Ops Mandalika Gatari 2024 ini berlangsung mulai tanggal 24 &#8211; 30 September 2024 dengan melibatkan 2.736 personil pengamanan yang terdiri dari gabungan seluruh stakeholder yang ada termasuk masyarakat.<\/p>\n<p>Selain itu lanjutnya, mengingat Polda NTB masih kekurangan personil di fungsi tertentu serta sarana dan prasarana yang belum memadai, sehingga untuk mengatasi hal tersebut Polda NTB meminta bantuan (BKO) dari Polda terdekat lainnya.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSelain personil gabungan yang telah dipersiapkan ada sekitar 300 Personil BKO beserta Sarpras yang dipersiapkan diantaranya dari Mabes Polri, Polda Jatim, Kabaharkam, Brimob serta Kakorlantas Polri\u201c ucapnya.<\/p>\n<p>Apel Gelar pasukan yang dilaksanakan menurutnya sebagai kegiatan pengecekan akhir yang dilakukan bersama-sama untuk mengetahui berbagai kesiapan baik personil maupun Sarpras yang digunakan dalam tugas pengamanan tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>Beberapa latar belakang kenapa harus dipersiapkan dengan sangat maksimal salah satunya adalah adanya rombongan Kepresidenan yang akan berada di Wilayah Pulau Lombok dalam tentang waktu Operasi tersebut sehingga diperlukan kesiapan dan kemampuan personil terutama Pengamanan Pengawalan rombongan VVIP tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cItu sebabnya kita minta BKO dari Polda lain ataupun Mabes Polri mengingat Kemampuan personil Pengawalan tersebut memiliki kemampuan khusus atau keprofesionalan dari personil itu sendiri dalam melakukan pengawalan di jalan raya, \u201cjelas Kapolda.<\/p>\n<p>Beberapa penekanan juga disampaikan Kapolda NTB saat memimpin Apel gelar pasukan tersebut diantaranya kepada fungsi agen intelijen untuk dapat mendeteksi setiap permasalahan yang mungkin akan timbul. Segera lakukan tindakan baik Preventif maupun Preemtif bila itu menjadi satu-satunya tindakan yang harus diambil untuk mencegah munculnya permasalahan yang dapat mengganggu keamanan dan kenyamanan masyarakat.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNamun demikian tetap harus kita utamakan etika moral pada saat tindakan tegas yang harus kita lakukan\u201c Pesannya.<\/p>\n<p>Kapolda NTB juga berharap kepada seluruh personil gabungan agar memantapkan Kerjasama, sinergitas, soliditas serta solidaritas dalam mendukung pelaksanaan tugas Ops Mandalika Gatari 2024.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLakukan koordinasi secara intens dengan seluruh lembaga, instansi terkait sehingga tujuan operasi dapat berjalan dengan baik\u201c ucapnya.<\/p>\n<p>Terakhir Kapolda NTB berharap kepada personil agar menjalankan tugas ini dengan baik, dasari dengan iman dan taqwa, serta jadikan pekerjaan itu sebagai ibadah kemudian dilengkapi dengan rasa tangung jawab yang tinggi.
