{"id":88072,"date":"2024-09-13T15:46:56","date_gmt":"2024-09-13T08:46:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/realistis.id\/?p=88072"},"modified":"2024-09-13T08:47:22","modified_gmt":"2024-09-13T08:47:22","slug":"polres-kota-pasuruan-berhasil-bekuk-pencuri-viral-di-medsos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/realistis.id\/index.php\/2024\/09\/13\/polres-kota-pasuruan-berhasil-bekuk-pencuri-viral-di-medsos\/","title":{"rendered":"Polres Kota Pasuruan Berhasil Bekuk Pencuri Viral Di Medsos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>KOTA PASURUAN , BUSERJATIM.COM GROUP<\/strong> &#8211; Team Resmob Suropati Satreskrim Polres Pasuruan Kota kembali menunjukkan kesigapannya dengan berhasil menangkap pelaku tindak pidana pencurian gerobak dan mesin penggiling tebu.<\/p>\n<p>Kejadian itu sempat viral di media sosial setelah video aksi pencurian tersebut beredar luas dan menimbulkan keresahan di kalangan masyarakat.<\/p>\n<p>Kasat Reskrim Polres Pasuruan Kota Iptu Choirul Mustofa SH menjelaskan bahwa setelah menerima laporan dari korban, Tim Resmob Suropati langsung melakukan penyelidikan intensif.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKejadian pencurian ini sempat viral setelah video rekaman aksi pelaku beredar luas di media sosial,\u201dkata Iptu Choirul.<\/p>\n<p>Dugaan tindak pidana pencurian dengan pemberatan yang diduga dilakukan oleh SH dan AA itupun akhirnya diungkap oleh Satreskrim Polres Pasuruan Kota.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTersangka sudah kita amankan dan mengakui perbuatannya,\u201d ujar Iptu Choirul Mustofa, Jumat (13\/9).<\/p>\n<p>Selain menangkap pelaku, Satreskrim juga menyita barang bukti berupa gerobak dan mesin penggiling tebu yang sebelumnya hilang.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBarang bukti ini akan dikembalikan kepada pemiliknya setelah proses penyelidikan selesai,\u201dpungkas Iptu Choirul Mustofa. (*)<\/p>\n<p>Atas perbuatannya, pelaku akan dijerat dengan pasal pencurian dengan pemberaya sebagaimana dimaksud Pasal 363 Ayat (1) ke 4e KUHP dengan ancaman hukuman 7 tahun .<\/p>\n<p>Sementara itu Kapolres Pasuruan Kota AKBP Davis Busin Siswara S.I.K., M.I.Kom.,menghimbau masyarakat agar selalu waspada terhadap potensi kejahatan di lingkungan sekitar.<\/p>\n<p>Ia juga mengingatkan pentingnya kerja sama antara polisi dan warga dalam menjaga keamanan.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Ungkap ini tak lepas dari program 10.000 CCTV yang kami canangkan, dengan melihat profil pelaku yang tampak pada rekaman CCTV akan sangat memudahkan dalam mengungkap serta pembuktian ketika dipersidangan.&#8221;kata AKBP Davis Busin Siswara.<\/p>\n<p>Kapolres menegaskan bahwa pihak kepolisian akan terus meningkatkan patroli dan dengan adanya progam Polres Pasuruan Kota yaitu 10.000 CCTV menjadi sistem pengawas 24 jam di berbagai titik rawan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIni upaya mencegah tindakan kriminal serupa terjadi di kemudian hari,\u201dpungkasnya.
