COM GROUP<\/strong> &#8211; Jelang pelaksanaan Pemilihan Kepala Daerah (Pilkada) serentak 2024, Polres Mojokerto Kota mengintensifkan kegiatan latihan pengendalian massa (Dalmas).<\/p>\n<p>Latihan dipimpin oleh Kasat Samapta AKP Anang Leo Afera, S.H., serta diikuti oleh 160 personel Polres Mojokerto Kota dan jajaran.<\/p>\n<p>Latihan yang digelar di Lapangan Patih Gajah Mada Makopolres Mojokerto Kota ini terbagi menjadi 3 regu yaitu Pleton Negosiator, Pleton Dalmas Awal serta Kompi Dalmas Lanjut.<\/p>\n<p>Menurut AKP Anang, Latihan Dalmas ini dilaksanakan guna kesiapan Operasi Mantap Praja 2024.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPersonel yang terlibat diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kemampuan dalmasnya. latian ini terdiri dari 2 sesi yaitu teori serta praktek formasi dalmas,\u201ducap AKP Anang, Jumat ( 2\/8).<\/p>\n<p>Dalam pemaparannya,AKP Anang juga menjelaskan tujuan utama pengendalian massa adalah melindungi massa pengunjuk rasa sesuai dengan Pasal 3 Perkap No. 16 Tahun 2006 tentang Pengendalian Massa.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTujuan Utama dalmas ialah memberikan Perlindungan, Pengayoman dan Pelayanan terhadap kelompok masyarakat yang menyampaikan pendapat di depan umum,\u201dterang AKP Anang.<\/p>\n<p>Selain sebagai sarana peningkatan kemampuan, dalam latihan ini para personel juga dapat melatih fisik serta memupuk mental yang stabil.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIni agar dapat mengendalikan diri dalam menghadapi massa pengunjuk rasa nantinya,\u201dtambah AKP Anang.<\/p>\n<p>Berbekal Peralatan Dalmas di tengah terik matahari, para personel nampak semangat dalam menjalani latihan.<\/p>\n<p>Para personel juga antusias mengikuti arahan instruktur, mereka berlatih dengan menunjukan dedikasi yang tinggi dalam menjalankan tugas.<\/p>\n<p>Sementara itu, Kapolres Mojokerto Kota AKBP Daniel S.
