{"id":60560,"date":"2024-07-20T11:54:51","date_gmt":"2024-07-20T04:54:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/realistis.id\/?p=60560"},"modified":"2024-07-20T04:55:34","modified_gmt":"2024-07-20T04:55:34","slug":"polres-tanjungperak-berhasil-gagalkan-pengiriman-ranmor-ilegal-ke-timor-leste","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/realistis.id\/index.php\/2024\/07\/20\/polres-tanjungperak-berhasil-gagalkan-pengiriman-ranmor-ilegal-ke-timor-leste\/","title":{"rendered":"Polres Tanjungperak Berhasil Gagalkan Pengiriman Ranmor Ilegal ke Timor Leste"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>TANJUNGPERAK,BUSERJATIM.COM GROUP-<\/strong> Kasus penggelapan fidusia dan penadahan kendaraan bermotor ( Ranmor) jaringan internasional berhasil dibongkar oleh pihak Kepolisian Polres Pelabuhan Tanjungperak Polda Jatim.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Diketahui dari tiga tersangka yang diamankan adalah, GB, (48) warga Kabupaten Tegal, AM (37) warga, berdomisili di Kabupaten Klaten T, (47) warga Kabupaten Klaten Jawa Tengah.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kapolres Pelabuhan Tanjungperak,AKBP William Cornelius Tanasale mengatakan, terungkapnya komplotan ini berkat adanya laporan dari seorang korban, A, (45) bahwa mobil Daihatsu Gran Max miliknya telah digelapkan oleh seseorang tersangka berinisial GB, pada 5 Juli 2024.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDari adanya laporan tersebut, anggota Satreskrim Polres Pelabuhan Tanjung Perak, melakukan serangkaian penyelidikan melalui aplikasi GPS yang masih menempel di mobil Daihatsu, diketahui bahwa kendaraan tersebut berada di wilayah Pelabuhan Tanjung Perak,\u201d ungkap AKBP William, Jumat (19\/7).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ia menyatakan, tim dari Reskrim Polres Pelabuhan Tanjungperak segera melakukan pengejaran dan menemukan kendaraan tersebut yang dimuat dalam kontainer pelayaran Meratus Kupang untuk diekspor di PT RA.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDari hasil pengembangan, diketahui bahwa PT RA milik tersangka T. Ada dua kontainer yang akan diekspor ke Timor Leste, yang berisi dua kendaraan roda empat dan 34 kendaraan roda dua,\u201d tandas AKBP William.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dari hasil koordinasi dengan Asosiasi Perusahaan Pembiayaan Indonesia (APPI) William mengungkap bahwa sebagian besar kendaraan tersebut merupakan kendaraan jaminan fidusia atau leasing.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSebelum diekspor Timur Leste kendaraan-kendaraan ini sebelumnya dikumpulkan di gudang milik tersangka T di wilayah Jawa Tengah,\u201d tutur AKBP William.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ia juga menjelaskan, Kendaraan yang diperoleh komplotan itu, dari hasil penggelapan atau barang yang masih jaminan fidusia, kemudian dibeli dengan harga murah, untuk kelengkapan hanya disertai STNK.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSelanjutnya, kendaraan-kendaraan tersebut diperbaiki melalui speedometer diubah menjadi hampir 0 km, agar tampak seperti baru lalu kendaraan tersebut diekspor ke Timor Leste,\u201d pungkasnya.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ketiga komplotan itu bakal dijerat dengan Pasal 372 KUHPidana dengan ancaman hukuman 4 tahun penjara.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Atau Pasal 480 KUHPidana junto Pasal 372 KUHPidana dengan ancaman hukuman 4 tahun penjara.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dan Pasal 55 KUHPidana junto Pasal 480 KUHPidana dengan ancaman hukuman 4 tahun penjara dan Pasal 36 UU No. 42 Tahun 1999 tentang Fidusia dengan ancaman hukuman 2 tahun penjara.
