COM GROUP<\/strong> &#8211; Polres Ngawi Polda Jatim berhasil menangkap 2 (dua) DPO (Daftar Pencarian Orang) dalam kasus tindak pidana pencabulan anak dibawah umur.<\/p>\n<p>Mereka adalah SA (69) dan TU (67) yang sempat kabur sejak dua bulan lalu, setelah melakukan perbuatan tindak pidana pencabulan terhadap gadis dibawah umur.<\/p>\n<p>Polisi menangkap SA di Kecamatan Cipayung Kota Depok. Sementara, TU diamankan di rumah saudaranya di Semarang, Jawa Tengah.<\/p>\n<p>Sebelumnya Polisi juga menangkap pelaku lainnya, yakni K alias B (59), warga Kecamatan Widodaren Ngawi, Jawa Timur.<\/p>\n<p>Ketiganya diduga kuat telah melakukan perbuatan cabul kepada seorang gadis pelajar SMP, hingga hamil 5 bulan bulan.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018\u2019Kami mengamankan ketiga pelaku pencabulan terhadap anak dan saat ini masih dilakukan pendalaman kembali oleh penyidik,\u201d tutur Kapolres Ngawi AKBP Argowiyono, Sabtu (6\/7\/2024).<\/p>\n<p>Ditegaskan oleh Kapolres Ngawi bahwa korban adalah pelajar dan bukan merupakan anak berkebutuhan khusus (ABK) seperti yang banyak diberitakan.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Perlu kami luruskan bahwa korban bukanlah ABK, sesuai keterangan yang diperkuat dari hasil Psikolog dari Dinas PPA Kab. Ngawi,&#8221; lanjut AKBP Argo.<\/p>\n<p>Keluarga korban tidak terima atas perbuatan tersebut dan melapor ke Polisi, yang kondisinya anak korban kini tengah hamil lima bulan.<\/p>\n<p>Selain mengamankan ketiga tersangka, dalam ungkap kasus dugaan tindak pidana pencabulan anak dibawah umur ini Polisi juga menyita sejumlah barang bukti.<\/p>\n<p>Untuk mempertanggungjawabkan perbuatannya, kini ketiga pelaku disangkakan pada pasal 81 (2) atau pasal 82 (1) UURI No 17 tahun 2016 jo 65 KUHP.<\/p>\n<p>Ancaman hukuman penjara maksimal 15 (lima belas) tahun dan ditambah 1\/3 dari hukuman yang diputuskan, karena merupakan perbuatan berulang.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSaat ini masih kami lakukan pengembangan,&#8221; tutup AKBP Argo.
