Rabu (26\/6\/2024)<\/p>\n<p>Kegiatan ini bertujuan membuka ruang aspirasi bagi anggota Polsek Balongan agar mereka dapat menyampaikan saran, kritik, dan masukan.<\/p>\n<p>Kapolres Indramayu, AKBP M. Fahri Siregar melalui Kapolsek Balongan Iptu Wawan menjelaskan bahwa pihaknya sengaja mengumpulkan para anggota untuk membuka ruang aspirasi, serupa dengan program Jumat Curhat yang selama ini diterapkan untuk masyarakat.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSelama ini, kita selalu membuka ruang bagi masyarakat untuk memberikan informasi, masukan, saran, bahkan kritik kepada Polri melalui program Jumat Curhat. Kini, kami terapkan hal serupa untuk para anggota melalui program Rabu Curhat,\u201d ujar Iptu Wawan didampingi Kasi Humas Polres Indramayu, Iptu Junata.<\/p>\n<p>Program Rabu Curhat dilaksanakan rutin setiap Rabu pagi seusai apel.<\/p>\n<p>Iptu Wawan menilai, terobosan program baru ini sangat bagus karena merupakan upaya dari Kapolres Indramayu untuk terus berbenah.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDengan harapan, para anggota bisa bekerja dengan nyaman dan kinerjanya bisa lebih ditingkatkan lagi, utamanya dalam memberikan pelayanan dan pengamanan kepada masyarakat,\u201d tambahnya.<\/p>\n<p>Menurut Iptu Wawan, program Rabu Curhat ini diharapkan dapat menjadi wadah yang efektif untuk menampung aspirasi anggota sehingga dapat meningkatkan semangat dan kinerja mereka dalam menjalankan tugas.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPara anggota dapat memberikan saran hingga mengungkapkan keinginan mereka mengenai kinerja serta perbaikan-perbaikan dari pimpinan dalam mengayomi para anggota,\u201d katanya.<\/p>\n<p>Kegiatan ini juga menunjukkan komitmen Polres Indramayu untuk terus berinovasi dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan pengamanan kepada masyarakat.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDengan mendengarkan langsung aspirasi dari para anggota, kami berharap dapat menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif dan mendukung peningkatan kinerja secara keseluruhan,\u201d tutup Iptu Wawan.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; Indramayu \u2013 Kapolsek Balongan, Polres Indramayu Polda Jabar, Iptu Wawan, S.H., M.Si., menggelar sesi&nbsp;[&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":47457,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[5],"tags":[27],"newstopic":[],"class_list":["post-47455","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-tni-polri","tag-polres-indramayu"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
