SURABAYA,BUSERJATIM.COM GROUP –<\/strong> Subdit V Siber pada Direktorat Reserse Kriminal Khusus (Ditreskrimsus) Polda Jatim berhasil mengungkap kasus dugaan tindak pidana ITE terkait kesusilaan atau pornografi.<\/p>\n

Dari hasil ungkap kasus tersebut Polisi menangkap terduga pelaku berinisial AAS (34) merupakan Warga Blimbing Kota Malang.<\/p>\n

Hal itu disampaikan oleh Kepala Bidang Hubungan Masyarakat ( Kabidhumas) Polda Jatim, Kombes Pol Dirmanto saat konferensi Pers di Gedung Bidhumas Polda Jatim, Kamis (6\/6).<\/p>\n

\u201cAda satu orang tersangka inisial saudara AAS (34) yang diduga kuat telah dengan sengaja membuat situs online Video Porno,\u201dkata Kombes Pol Dirmanto.<\/p>\n

Penangkapan pelaku ini kata Kombes Dirmanto berawal dari penyelidikan dan hasil pengembangan kasus yang menemukan website tersebut sebanyak 280 website yang bermuatan pornografi.<\/p>\n

\u201cAda 26 ribu konten video asusila, dan 3.000 di antaranya adalah konten video pornografi atau asusila anak di bawah umur,\u201dkata Kombes Pol Dirmanto.<\/p>\n

Sementara itu Direktur Reserse Kriminal Khusus (Dirreskrimsus) Polda Jatim, Kombes Pol Lutfie Sulistiawan tersangka AAS memiliki 280 website yang semuanya berisi konten porno yang dia buat sejak tahun 2020 lalu.<\/p>\n

\u201cJadi dari hasil konten porno tersebut tersangka meraup keuntungan setiap bulannya, dari tahun 2020 sampai 2024 totalnya 96 juta rupiah,\u201dujar Kombes Pol Lutfie.<\/p>\n

Dirreskrimsus Polda Jatim juga mengatakan hasil pemeriksaan tersangka mengaku memiliki ide dari belajar otodidag secara mandiri.<\/p>\n

“Tersangka mendapatkan video dan dilakukan editing posting lalu mengunggahnya melalui Link https bokep Sin Asia,\u201dterang Kombes Pol Lutfie.<\/p>\n

Masih kata Kombes Pol Lutfie, dari iklan populer website milik tersangka tersebut, tersangka mendapatkan sekitar keuntungan 6000 US Dollar.<\/p>\n

Di kesempatan yang sama, Kasubdit Siber, AKBP Charles P Tampubolon menambahkan bahwa pelaku membuat dan mengolah website yang menyiarkan,mentransmisikan, mendistribusikan dan membuat dapat diakses website yang bermuatan asusila atau pornografi anak untuk mendapatkan keuntungan.<\/p>\n

“Kami masih menelusuri dari 26 ribu konten yang menjadi intelektualnya dan ada pula dari konten tersebut kami menemukan situs ato konten yang dibawa umur ada 2 ribu konten dari 26 konten,” kata AKBP Charles P Tampubolon.<\/p>\n

Atas perbuatannya, tersangka AAS saat ini ditahan di rumah tahanan Polda Jawa Timur untuk proses hukum lebih lanjut.<\/p>\n

Tersangka terancam Pasal 45 ayat (1) juncto Pasal 27 ayat (1) Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2008 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik sebagaimana terakhir diubah dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2024 tentang perubahan Kedua atas Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2008 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik dan\/atau pasal 29 juncto Pasal 4 UU Nomor 44 Tahun 2008 tentang Pornografi.<\/p>\n
