S.H., M.H, Kasi Propam AKP Sukirno, S.H., dan Paur Subbag Binkar IPDA Dr. Asep Hermawan, S.H., M.H., M.Kn.<\/p>\n<p>Wakapolres Cirebon Kota Kompol Rizky Adi Saputro menyampaikan rasa terima kasihnya kepada para personel yang hadir.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTerima kasih atas kehadiran rekan-rekan dalam arahan ini,&#8221; ujarnya<\/p>\n<p>Ia juga menekankan pentingnya komunikasi jika ada masalah terkait mutasi.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Apabila ada personel yang ingin menyampaikan sesuatu terkait mutasi ini, bisa berkomunikasi langsung dengan saya atau dengan Kabag SDM,&#8221; tambahnya.<\/p>\n<p>Sementara itu, Kabag SDM Polres Cirebon Kota Kompol Didi Wahyudi memberikan penjelasan lebih lanjut mengenai proses mutasi.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMutasi adalah hal yang biasa dan jangan dijadikan penghalang yang dapat mengurangi kinerja. Mutasi ini sudah sesuai dengan aturan yang dilakukan dengan penilaian dan proses,\u201d jelasnya.<\/p>\n<p>Didi Wahyudi juga menekankan bahwa mutasi seharusnya menjadi pemicu untuk meningkatkan kinerja, bukan alasan untuk bermalas-malasan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cJangan sampai mutasi membuat rekan-rekan malas, namun jadikanlah sebagai pemicu untuk menjadi lebih baik.
