Empat Bintang Luhur Berjaya menggelar Diklat Pelatihan Dasar Satuan Pengamanan (Satpam) Gada Pratama Gelombang X Tahun 2024, di Wisma Haji jl. Ringroad barat Kec. Manguharjo Kota Madiun. Selasa (21\/5\/24).<\/p>\n<p>Hadir dalam acara kegiatan tersebut KASUBDITBINSATPAM Polda Jatim AKBP Widya Budhi Hartati,S.I.K, M.Si, Kasibinlat Polda Jatim Kompol Ketut, S.I.K, M.Si, Direktur Akademi Empat Bintang Cuk Haryanto, tiga personel pembina Sat Binmas Polres Madiun Kota Aiptu Aris Setyawan Aipda Baharudin dan Bripka Budiono, Siswa Diksar Gada Pratama 64 Orang.<\/p>\n<p>Dimulai dengan upacara pembukaan pelatihan Dik Satpam Gada Pratama AKBP Widya Budhi Hartati mengatakan, \u201cDengan adanya Diklat Satpam Gada Pratama ini saya berharap para Satpam semakin terlatih lebih profesional, bertanggung jawab dan meningkatkan kapasitasnya.<\/p>\n<p>Dengan pelatihan, secara teknis mereka akan meningkat kualitasnya dan makin paham tentang norma dan etika sehingga mereka dalam melaksanakan tugas nanti dapat berjalan sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku,\u201d terang AKBP Widya.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTambahnya Diklat bagi Satpam di ikuti sekitar 64 peserta dari berbagai daerah dari mulai yang sudah bekerja sampai baru lulus dari wilayah karisidenan Madiun. legalitas Gada Pratama sesuai dengan Peraturan Kapolri No 4\/2020 tentang Pengamanan Swakarsa,\u201d ucap Kasibinlat Ketut.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Lebih Lanjut, selain teknik pengamanan, mereka juga diharapkan mengasah kemampuan dan teknologi informasi. Sehingga bisa menyesuaikan dengan peningkatan modus kejahatan dan bisa mengatasinya.<\/p>\n<p>Direktur Akademi Empat Bintang usai mengikuti menambahkan upacara penutupan pelatihan satpam Gada pratama X berharap kepada peserta yang telah mengikuti pelatihan agar dapat menerapkan ilmu dan kemampuan yang telah didapat dengan sebaik mungkin.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSaya harap seluruh satpam yang menjalani pelatihan agar melaksanakan tugasnya dengan baik untuk membantu kinerja Polisi dimana saja.
