BANYUWANGI,BUSERJATIM.COM GRPUP<\/strong>– Kapolda Jatim Irjen Pol Imam Sugianto akan menambah jumlah pasukan yang berjaga di Pelabuhan ASDP \u00a0Ketapang Banyuwangi saat libur panjang akhir pekan mendatang.<\/p>\n

Libur panjang akan dimulai pada peringatan Hari Waisak 23 Mei, kemudian berlanjut cuti bersama pada tanggal 24 Mei, dan hari libur Sabtu – Minggu, 25 – 26 Mei.<\/p>\n

“Yang perlu Kami antisipasi, tanggal 23 adalah hari libur Waisak dan kemudian cuti bersama. Lanjut libur sampai Minggu. Kami akan siagakan personel yang cukup di sini,” kata Kapolda saat meninjau Pelabuhan\u00a0Ketapang, pada Senin (20\/5\/2024).<\/p>\n

Dalam peninjauan itu, Kapolda didampingi para pejabat utama Polda Jatim, Kapolresta Banyuwangi Kombes Pol Nanang Haryono dan para pejabat utama Polresta Banyuwangi.<\/p>\n

Saat ini, Polda Jatim menerjunkan 3 satuan setingkat kompi (SKK) di Pelabuhan\u00a0Ketapang dan sekitarnya.<\/p>\n

Pihaknya akan menambah 3 SKK lagi untuk melapisi satuan yang telah bertugas di sana.<\/p>\n

“Jadi 3 SKK ditambah 3 SKK lagi dalam rangka penyelenggaraan kegiatan rutin yang ditingkatkan karena saat libur panjang nanti WWF di Bali juga masih berlangsung,”ujar Kapolda Jatim.<\/p>\n

Dengan personel 6 SSK ditambah back-up dari petugas di pelabuhan dan termasuk pelibatan TNI, Kapolda Jatim berharap mana kala ada peningkatan arus pergerakan pada hari libur, mudah-mudahan tidak ada hal yang signifikan.<\/p>\n

Irjen Pol Imam menambahkan, Pelabuhan\u00a0Ketapang terpantau landai dalam lima hari pelaksanaan Operasi Pura Agung 2024.<\/p>\n

Operasi ini digelar untuk meningkatkan pengamanan di wilayah penyangga di Banyuwangi selama pelaksanaan World Water Forum (WWF) di Bali.<\/p>\n

“Alhamdulillah selama lima hari ini, semua terpantau landai. Peningkatan arus pergerakan baik mobil, motor, maupun orang menuju Bali, tidak ada peningkatan signifikan. Masih normal dan di bawah 10 ribu penumpang per hari,” tambahnya.<\/p>\n

Pihaknya berharap, kondisi landai tersebut akan berlanjut hingga rampungnya pelaksanaan WWF pada 25 Mei mendatang.<\/p>\n

Dalam peningkatan pengamanan ini, kepolisian juga menambah jumlah kamera pengawas CCTV di wilayah Pelabuhan\u00a0Ketapang. Baik di area akses masuk maupun area dalam.<\/p>\n

“Ada 58 CCTV yang terpasang di area Pelabuhan Ketapang. Tambahan CCTV ini bisa memantau perkembangan,” tutup Kapolda Jatim. (***)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
