{"id":198020,"date":"2026-09-05T07:30:59","date_gmt":"2026-09-05T07:30:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/realistis.id\/?p=198020"},"modified":"2026-09-05T14:31:00","modified_gmt":"2026-09-05T07:31:00","slug":"polisi-bersama-pamong-desa-pasang-spanduk-pencegahan-karhutla-di-gantar-indramayu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/realistis.id\/index.php\/2026\/09\/05\/polisi-bersama-pamong-desa-pasang-spanduk-pencegahan-karhutla-di-gantar-indramayu\/","title":{"rendered":"Polisi Bersama Pamong Desa Pasang Spanduk Pencegahan Karhutla di Gantar Indramayu"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>INDRAMAYU \u2014 Bhabinkamtibmas Polsek Gantar Polres Indramayu Polda Jabar Bripka Robet Adi Sujadi bersama pemerintah desa dan masyarakat setempat memasang spanduk imbauan larangan pembakaran hutan dan lahan (karhutla) di Kawasan Hutan Blok Gantar, Desa Gantar, Kecamatan Gantar, Kabupaten Indramayu, Sabtu (5\/9\/2026). <\/p>\n<p>Pemasangan atribut spanduk ini dilakukan sebagai langkah preventif untuk menyosialisasikan bahaya serta sanksi hukum dari praktik pembukaan lahan dengan cara dibakar.<\/p>\n<p>Spanduk yang dibentangkan di sekitar area vegetasi kering tersebut memuat pesan utama bertuliskan &#8220;Di Balik Asap Kebakaran, Ada Ancaman Pidana&#8221;, serta merujuk pada ketentuan Undang-Undang Nomor 32 Tahun 2009 tentang Perlindungan dan Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup, khususnya Pasal 69 ayat (1) huruf h.<\/p>\n<p>Kapolres Indramayu AKBP Prianggo P.
