{"id":190776,"date":"2026-07-10T06:23:40","date_gmt":"2026-07-10T06:23:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/realistis.id\/?p=190776"},"modified":"2026-07-10T13:23:41","modified_gmt":"2026-07-10T06:23:41","slug":"polres-indramayu-gelar-olahraga-bersama-tingkatkan-kebugaran-dan-kekompakan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/realistis.id\/index.php\/2026\/07\/10\/polres-indramayu-gelar-olahraga-bersama-tingkatkan-kebugaran-dan-kekompakan\/","title":{"rendered":"Polres Indramayu Gelar Olahraga Bersama Tingkatkan Kebugaran dan Kekompakan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>INDRAMAYU \u2013 Guna menjaga kebugaran fisik serta mempererat kekompakan antar anggotanya, Polres Indramayu Polda Jabar menggelar kegiatan olahraga bersama di Lapangan Apel Polres Indramayu, Jumat (10\/7\/2026). <\/p>\n<p>Kegiatan ini dipimpin langsung oleh Kapolres Indramayu, AKBP Mochamad Fajar Gemilang, S.I.K., M.H., M.I.K., didampingi Wakapolres Kompol Tahir Muhiddin, S.E., S.I.K., M.M., CPHR.<\/p>\n<p>Rangkaian kegiatan diawali dengan apel pagi yang dipimpin oleh Kabag SDM Polres Indramayu. Usai apel, seluruh personel dengan penuh semangat mengikuti berbagai aktivitas fisik yang telah dijadwalkan.<\/p>\n<p>Olahraga bersama ini diikuti oleh jajaran Pejabat Utama (PJU) Polres Indramayu, para Kapolsek dari wilayah Zona Timur dan Zona Tengah, personel dari seluruh satuan fungsi, ASN Polres Indramayu, serta perwakilan personel dari polsek jajaran.<\/p>\n<p>Suasana penuh keakraban tampak mewarnai kegiatan tersebut. Selain menjaga kesehatan tubuh, momen ini dimanfaatkan sebagai sarana untuk meningkatkan kesiapan fisik seluruh personel dalam menjalankan tugas kepolisian yang menuntut mobilitas tinggi.<\/p>\n<p>Kapolres Indramayu, AKBP Mochamad Fajar Gemilang, melalui Kasi Humas Polres Indramayu, AKP Tarno, menyampaikan olahraga bersama adalah agenda rutin yang sangat krusial bagi kesiapan anggota.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Tujuan utama kegiatan ini adalah membangun semangat kebersamaan, menjaga kesehatan, serta meningkatkan soliditas personel. Kondisi fisik yang prima sangat penting agar setiap anggota dapat memberikan perlindungan, pengayoman, dan pelayanan kepada masyarakat secara maksimal,&#8221; ujar AKP Tarno.<\/p>\n<p>AKP Tarno menjelaskan, tugas kepolisian menuntut kesiapan fisik dan mental yang prima. Oleh karena itu, pembinaan jasmani menjadi bagian integral dalam mendukung profesionalisme personel saat bertugas di lapangan. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga menjadi ruang komunikasi untuk mempererat hubungan kerja yang harmonis antar anggota di lingkungan Polres.<\/p>\n<p>Dengan fisik yang prima serta semangat kebersamaan yang terjaga, seluruh personel diharapkan mampu menjalankan tugas secara profesional demi memberikan pelayanan terbaik bagi masyarakat Kabupaten Indramayu.
