COM GROUP<\/strong> \u2013 Diduga karena termakan usia pohon di hutan Gumitir tepatnya di KM. 35.500, di tikungan pos 4 sebelum puncak Watu Gudang, Desa Sidomulyo, Kecamatan Silo, Kabupaten Jember, roboh pada dinihari hari Rabu sekitar jam 01.15 WIB.<\/p>\n<p>Meskipun kejadian ini tidak menimbulkan korban jiwa, namun pohon besar yang tumbang tersebut menghalangi akses jalur Nasional lintas Gumitir yang menghubungkan Kabupaten Banyuwangi dengan Jember.<\/p>\n<p>Namun Gerak cepat ( gercep) anggota Polsek Sempolan Polres Jember bersama warga dan BPBD Jember mengevakuasi pohon tersebut, kini jalur tersebut kembali normal.<\/p>\n<p>Kapolres Jember, AKBP Bayu Pratama Gubunagi melalui Kapolsek Sempolan, AKP. M. Na&#8217;I mengatakan pohon berdiameter 150 cm tumbang akibat angin kencang.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSekarang jalur sudah terbuka, pohon sudah kami evakuasi tadi sebelum subuh,\u201dkata AKP. M. Na&#8217;I, Rabu (8\/5).<\/p>\n<p>Ia menghimbau kepada Masyarakat yang melintas di jalur Gumitir lebih meningkatkan kewaspadaanya mengingat angin kencang.<\/p>\n<p>Selain itu jika musim hujan, jalur Nasional lintas Gumitir ini juga terdapat beberapa titik yang rawan longsor.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKami himbau Masyarakat yang melintasi jalur Gumitir lebih waspada terlebih jika cuaca hujan,\u201dujar AKP. M. Na&#8217;I.<\/p>\n<p>Kejadian seperti ini kata AKP. M. Na&#8217;I menjadi pembelajaran bagi semua pihak untuk selalu siap tanggap dalam menghadapi situasi darurat dan menjaga infrastruktur yang ada agar tetap aman dan berfungsi dengan baik.
