Kenaikan pangkat yang saudara terima hari ini bukanlah hadiah, bukan pula hak yang secara otomatis diberikan oleh negara, tetapi merupakan suatu kehormatan sekaligus kepercayaan Negara.\u201d Penegasan inilah yang menjadi inti amanat tertulis Pangdam XVIII\/Kasuari yang dibacakan oleh Kasdam XVIII\/Kasuari, Brigjen TNI Dian Hardiana, S.I.P., saat memimpin acara Laporan Korps Kenaikan Pangkat di Aula Makodam, Trikora, Arfai 1, Manokwari, Papua Barat, Rabu (1\/4\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>Sebanyak 25 perwira melaksanakan laporan korps kenaikan pangkat di wilayah Makodam XVIII\/Kasuari, terdiri dari 4 orang Letkol ke Kolonel, 6 orang Mayor ke Letkol, 6 orang Kapten ke Mayor, 4 orang Lettu ke Kapten, serta 5 orang Letda ke Lettu.<\/p>\n<p>Melalui amanat, Pangdam mengingatkan agar para prajurit tidak cepat berpuas diri. Pangkat yang lebih tinggi, membawa konsekuensi tuntutan dan tanggung jawab yang lebih besar. Beban tugas yang meningkat harus diimbangi dengan perubahan sikap dan kinerja yang lebih baik. Prajurit dituntut untuk tetap profesional, responsif, dan adaptif terhadap dinamika situasi di wilayah Papua Barat dan Papua Barat Daya, dengan tetap berpegang teguh pada Sapta Marga, Sumpah Prajurit, dan Delapan Wajib TNI.<\/p>\n<p>Keberhasilan yang diraih tidak terlepas dari peran keluarga.
