{"id":179083,"date":"2025-10-30T23:29:10","date_gmt":"2025-10-30T16:29:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/realistis.id\/?p=179083"},"modified":"2025-10-30T23:29:28","modified_gmt":"2025-10-30T16:29:28","slug":"kasiwas-polres-majalengka-berikan-arahan-terkait-penerapan-sp4lapor-kepada-pnpp","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/realistis.id\/index.php\/2025\/10\/30\/kasiwas-polres-majalengka-berikan-arahan-terkait-penerapan-sp4lapor-kepada-pnpp\/","title":{"rendered":"Kasiwas Polres Majalengka Berikan Arahan Terkait Penerapan SP4LAPOR kepada PNPP"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Majalengka,\u00a0 \u2013 Dalam rangka meningkatkan pemahaman serta optimalisasi pelaporan kinerja anggota Polri, Seksi Pengawasan (Siwas) Polres Majalengka melaksanakan kegiatan pembinaan dan arahan kepada Pegawai Negeri pada Polri (PNPP) terkait penerapan Sistem Pengendalian Pengawasan dan Pelaporan (SP4LAPOR).<\/p>\n<p>Kegiatan tersebut dipimpin langsung oleh Kasiwas Polres Majalengka, AKP Dodo Haryanto, dan berlangsung di Aula Bagian Operasional (Bag Ops) Polres Majalengka pada Rabu (29\/10\/2025).<\/p>\n<p>Dalam arahannya, AKP Dodo Haryanto menyampaikan pentingnya pemahaman yang baik terhadap sistem SP4LAPOR sebagai sarana untuk meningkatkan transparansi dan akuntabilitas kinerja anggota Polri.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMelalui SP4LAPOR, setiap kegiatan pengawasan dan pelaporan dapat dilakukan secara lebih efektif, efisien, dan terukur. Hal ini tentu mendukung terciptanya tata kelola organisasi yang bersih dan profesional,\u201d ujarnya.<\/p>\n<p>Lebih lanjut, AKP Dodo menekankan agar seluruh PNPP di lingkungan Polres Majalengka aktif dalam menggunakan sistem tersebut, serta memahami mekanisme pelaporan yang benar sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku.<\/p>\n<p>Kegiatan berjalan dengan lancar dan diakhiri dengan sesi tanya jawab seputar teknis penerapan SP4LAPOR.
