MALANG, BUSERJATIM.COM GROUP<\/strong> \u2013 Polres Malang Polda Jatim berhasil mengungkap kasus penjambretan kalung emas yang menimpa seorang nenek di Kecamatan Wonosari.<\/p>\n

Pelaku berinisial M (55) asal Kecamatan Tajinan, berhasil diamankan berikut barang bukti hasil kejahatannya.<\/p>\n

Peristiwa itu terjadi Sabtu (13\/9\/2025) siang. Korban, Aptinem (85), tengah memberi makan kambing di kandang ketika pelaku mendekat dengan dalih meminta sayuran dan plastik.<\/p>\n

Namun, pelaku bukannya meminta justru menarik paksa kalung emas seberat 6 gram yang melingkar di leher korban.<\/p>\n

Korban yang kaget langsung berteriak minta tolong hingga warga sekitar mengetahui kejadian itu.<\/p>\n

Informasi tersebut segera diteruskan kepada aparat Polsek Wonosari yang kemudian bergerak ke lokasi untuk melakukan pengamanan.<\/p>\n

Kasihumas Polres Malang AKP Bambang Subinajar mengatakan, begitu mendapat laporan, Polisi segera menindaklanjuti.<\/p>\n

\u201cAnggota berhasil mengamankan pelaku M beserta barang bukti berupa kalung emas dan sepeda motor yang digunakan,\u201d ujarnya, Minggu (14\/9\/2025).<\/p>\n

AKP Bambang menjelaskan, pelaku sempat terjatuh saat berusaha kabur dan mengalami luka di kepala serta tubuhnya.<\/p>\n

Polisi kemudian membawanya ke puskesmas untuk mendapatkan perawatan medis dengan pengawasan petugas.<\/p>\n

\u201cMeski dalam perawatan, proses hukum tetap berjalan sesuai aturan,\u201d kata AKP Bambang.<\/p>\n

Menurutnya, modus yang digunakan pelaku cukup sederhana, yakni berpura-pura meminta barang kepada korban yang sedang lengah.<\/p>\n

\u201cSaat korban lengah, kalung emas ditarik paksa hingga putus. Tindakan ini jelas membahayakan keselamatan korban,\u201d tuturnya.<\/p>\n

Atas perbuatannya, pelaku dijerat Pasal 362 KUHP tentang pencurian. Penyidik juga sudah mengamankan barang bukti untuk proses lebih lanjut.<\/p>\n

\u201cKasus ini akan kami sidik tuntas, dan berkas perkara segera kami limpahkan,\u201d tegas AKP Bambang.<\/p>\n

Polres Malang Polda Jatim juga mengimbau masyarakat agar tetap waspada dalam beraktivitas, terutama kelompok rentan seperti lansia.<\/p>\n
