Pahlawan Kelurahan Bangunsari, Kecamatan \/ Kabupaten Ponorogo dengan penanggung jawab adalah Dandim Ponorogo tersebut dihadiri antara lain : Bupati Ponorogo H. Sugiri Sancoko S.E.,M.M.; Wakil Bupati Ponorogo Hj. Lisdyarita, S.H.<\/p>\n<p>Selanjutnya Dandim 0802\/Ponorogo Letkol Inf Dwi Soerjono; Ketua Persit Kartika Chandra Kirana (KCK) Cabang XVI Kodim Ponorogo Ibu Dina Soerjono berserta Wakil dan Pengurus; Kapolres Ponorogo AKBP Andin Wahyu Sudibyo S.I.K., MH.; Kasi Pidum Kejaksaan Negeri Ponorogo Erfan Nurcahyo S.H., M.H.; Ketua Pengadilan Negeri Ponorogo Dr. Rimdan SH.,MH; Ketua DPRD Ponorogo Dwi Agus Prayitno; Kasdim 0802\/Ponorogo Mayor Inf Agus Budi Cahyono beserta Perwira Kodim 0802\/Ponorogo; Wakapolres Ponorogo Kompol Ari Bayu Aji S.E,S.I.K., M.S.I beserta PJU Polres Ponorogo serta Perwakilan OPD Kab.
