SURABAYA , BUSERJATIM.COM GROUP<\/strong> – Polda Jawa Timur (Jatim) melalui Direktorat Reserse Siber (Ditressiber) berhasil mengungkap kasus tindak pidana Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik (ITE) yang memuat konten asusila berupa pornografi anak.<\/p>\n

Kasus ini diungkap pada pertengahan Juli 2025 dengan tersangka berinisial AMA (28), warga Sumatera Barat yang tinggal di Jakarta Selatan (Jaksel).<\/p>\n

Korban merupakan anak perempuan berusia 16 tahun warga Kabupaten Sidoarjo Jawa Timur.<\/p>\n

Hal itu seperti disampaikan oleh Kabid Humas Polda Jatim, Kombes Pol Jules Abraham Abast melalui Kaur Penum pada Subid Penmas, Kompol Gandi Darma Yudhanto, Jumat (15\/8\/25).<\/p>\n

Kompol Gandi menjelaskan kasus ini bermula saat pelaku dan korban Bunga (nama samaran) berkenalan melalui media sosial pada pertengahan 2024.<\/p>\n

Hubungan keduanya berlanjut melalui chat di WhatsApp, hingga pelaku meminta korban mengirimkan foto maupun video tanpa busana.<\/p>\n

Selama lebih kurang satu tahun mereka berhubungan via medsos, awalnya pelaku tidak ada paksaan terhadap korban.<\/p>\n

Namun seiring waktu, pelaku mulai menekan korban untuk terus mengirimkan foto maupun videonya.<\/p>\n

Hingga suatu saat korban tidak memenuhi permintaan, pelaku pun menyebarkan konten pribadi tersebut di grup telegram, hingga akhirnya keluarga korban melaporkan pelaku ke Polisi.<\/p>\n

“Keluarga korban melaporkan perbuatan pelaku ke Polda Jatim pada 4 Juli 2025 dan Laporan Polisi resmi diterima pada 7 Juli 2025, hingga pelaku berhasil diamankan,” kata Kompol Gandi.<\/p>\n

Sementara itu,Kasubdit II Siber Ditressiber Polda Jatim, AKBP Nandu Dyanata menambahkan, motif tersangka karena cemburu terhadap korban.<\/p>\n

Dalam hubungan Long Distance Relationship atau LDR (hubungan jarak jauh), ternyata korban punya hubungan dengan orang lain.<\/p>\n

Karena cemburu dan kecewa, akhirnya pelaku tidak dikasih foto dan video oleh korban.<\/p>\n

\u201cMerasa tidak digubris, pelaku pun menyebarkan foto dan video milik korban. Setelah kami selidiki, tidak ada motif ekonomi oleh pelaku,\u201d kata AKBP Nandu.<\/p>\n

Atas perbuatannya, tersangka AMA dijerat Pasal 45 Ayat (1) jo Pasal 27 Ayat (1) UU Nomor 11 Tahun 2008 tentang ITE sebagaimana diubah dengan UU Nomor 1 Tahun 2024, serta Pasal 29 jo Pasal 4 UU Nomor 44 Tahun 2008 tentang Pornografi<\/p>\n
