Ia menyatakan akan melaporkan Andre Sula dan sejumlah akun yang telah menyebarkan fitnah serta mencemarkan nama baiknya.17\/7<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Tindakan ini diambil setelah sebelumnya Andre Sula menyampaikan tuduhan pribadi yang tidak berdasar, bahkan membawa-bawa nama Dede dalam narasi &#8220;kumpul kebo&#8221; tanpa bukti. Tidak hanya berhenti di situ, beberapa akun media dan individu disebut ikut menyebarkan narasi tersebut tanpa melakukan konfirmasi atau klarifikasi lebih lanjut.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cSaya sudah cukup bersabar. Tapi ketika nama baik saya dicemarkan dengan tuduhan personal tanpa bukti, dan terus digoreng di ruang publik, maka satu-satunya jalan adalah jalur hukum,\u201d tegas Dede.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Langkah Hukum yang Akan Ditempuh<\/p>\n<p>Dede menegaskan bahwa pihaknya kini sedang mengumpulkan data, tangkapan layar, dan jejak digital sebagai alat bukti untuk dilaporkan ke pihak kepolisian. Ia juga mengingatkan bahwa kebebasan berbicara bukan berarti bebas menghina dan memfitnah.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u00a0\u201cSaya sudah koordinasi dengan kuasa hukum. Semua yang menyebarkan fitnah akan kami proses, termasuk Andre Sula dan akun-akun yang memuat berita dan narasi tanpa konfirmasi,\u201d tambahnya.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Landasan Hukum:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>1. Undang-Undang Nomor 40 Tahun 1999 tentang Pers<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pasal 5 ayat (2): Pers wajib melayani hak jawab.<\/li>\n<li>Pasal 18 ayat (2): Penyebar berita bohong atau fitnah bisa dikenai sanksi pidana dan denda.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>2. KUHP Pasal 310 dan 311<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pasal 310: Pencemaran nama baik bisa dipidana hingga 9 bulan.<\/li>\n<li>Pasal 311: Bila tidak bisa membuktikan tuduhan, pelaku bisa dikenakan pidana karena fitnah.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>3. UU ITE No. 19 Tahun 2016 Pasal 27 ayat (3)<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u00a0\u201cSetiap orang yang dengan sengaja mendistribusikan dan\/atau mentransmisikan dan\/atau membuat dapat diaksesnya informasi elektronik dan\/atau dokumen elektronik yang memiliki muatan penghinaan dan\/atau pencemaran nama baik dapat dipidana.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Penutup: Minta Akhiri Fitnah, Serukan Etika Bermedia<\/p>\n<p>Melalui hak jawab ini, Dede mengimbau agar publik dan pihak-pihak tertentu mengakhiri penyebaran informasi yang tidak bisa dipertanggungjawabkan. Ia mengingatkan bahwa etika bermedia dan integritas informasi sangat penting di era digital.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cSaya tidak anti kritik. Tapi kalau fitnah, kita punya hukum.
