Kegiatan tersebut sekaligus memberikan penghargaan terhadap Kabid Propam Polda se-Indonesia.<\/p>\n<p>Kegiatan tersebut berlangsung mulai 09.00 hingga 17.00 WIB dan diikuti oleh seluruh jajaran Bidang Propam Polda se-Indonesia. Dalam kegiatan tersebut, sejumlah pejabat utama di lingkungan Divpropam juga memberikan menyampaikan arahannya.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam arahannya, Kepala Divisi Propam Polri Irjen. Pol. Abdul Karim menekankan pentingnya integritas, profesionalisme, dan akuntabilitas dalam pelaksanaan tugas pengamanan internal. Karim juga mendorong seluruh personel adaptif terhadap dinamika serta meningkatkan sinergitas antar unit.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Seluruh personel harus adaptif terhadap dinamika tugas dan meningkatkan sinergitas antar unit pengawasan, baik di tingkat pusat maupun kewilayahan,&#8221; tegasnya.<\/p>\n<p>Sementara itu, Kepala Biro Paminal, Brigjen Pol Yudo Hermanto, menyampaikan evaluasi terhadap pelaksanaan fungsi pengawasan melekat, termasuk penanganan dugaan pelanggaran yang dilakukan oleh anggota. Yudho juga menekankan strategi pencegahan melalui pembinaan berkelanjutan sebagai langkah kunci dalam menjaga integritas dan profesionalisme personel.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam kesempatan yang sama, Kepala Biro Provos, Brigjen Pol Naek Pamen Simanjuntak, menyoroti peran vital Provos sebagai garda terdepan dalam penegakan disiplin dan tata tertib di lapangan.
