{"id":157696,"date":"2025-06-12T10:50:26","date_gmt":"2025-06-12T03:50:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/realistis.id\/?p=157696"},"modified":"2025-06-12T10:51:15","modified_gmt":"2025-06-12T03:51:15","slug":"polresta-malang-kota-berhasil-amankan-begal-driver-ojol-buron-tiga-bulan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/realistis.id\/index.php\/2025\/06\/12\/polresta-malang-kota-berhasil-amankan-begal-driver-ojol-buron-tiga-bulan\/","title":{"rendered":"Polresta Malang Kota Berhasil Amankan Begal Driver Ojol Buron Tiga Bulan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>KOTA MALANG,BUSERJATIM.COM GROUP<\/strong>\u2013 Satuan Reserse Kriminal (Satreskrim) Polresta Malang Kota Polda Jatim berhasil mengungkap kasus pencurian dengan kekerasan (begal) yang menimpa seorang pengemudi ojek online (ojol) pada Maret lalu.<\/p>\n<p>Wakapolresta Malang Kota, AKBP Oskar Syamsuddin, mengatakan tersangka CR (38), warga Kecamatan Sukun, diringkus usai buron selama Tiga bulan.<\/p>\n<p>Korban DF (21) yang merupakan pengemudi ojol, dibegal saat berhenti di depan ruko usai mengantar pesanan makanan di Jl Raya Bandulan, Kecamatan Sukun, Kota Malang, Minggu (09\/03\/2025).<\/p>\n<p>Saat itu tersangka CR merangkul korban dari arah belakang menggunakan tangan kiri, sementara tangan kanannya menodongkan sebilah pisau ke arah punggung korban.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Saat korban berontak, ia terjatuh dan pelaku langsung membawa kabur sepeda motor milik korban,\u201d jelas AKBP Oskar, Kamis (12\/06).<\/p>\n<p>Setelah menerima laporan dari korban, tim Satreskrim segera melakukan penyelidikan.<\/p>\n<p>Petugas mendatangi lokasi kejadian, mengumpulkan keterangan saksi, serta mengidentifikasi ciri-ciri pelaku, akhirnya ditangkap pada Kamis (29\/05) di pintu masuk sebelah barat Pasar Mergan, Kota Malang.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDari penangkapan tersebut, sejumlah barang bukti, seperti satu unit sepeda motor milik korban, pisau, serta pakaian dan celana yang dikenakan tersangka saat beraksi,\u201d tambah AKBP Oskar.<\/p>\n<p>Lebih lanjut, Wakapolresta Malang Kota menegaskan bahwa kasus ini menjadi perhatian serius karena menyangkut keamanan dan keselamatan pengemudi ojek online yang rentan menjadi korban tindak kriminal.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKami pastikan tindakan preemtif dan preventif terus dilakukan untuk menjaga kondusivitas kamtibmas di Kota Malang, termasuk dalam kolaborasi dan soliditas antar-unit serta sinergi dengan masyarakat,\u201d tegasnya.<\/p>\n<p>Akibat perbuatannya, tersangka dijerat Pasal 365 Ayat 1 KUHP tentang pencurian dengan kekerasan, dengan ancaman hukuman penjara paling lama sembilan tahun.<\/p>\n<p>Sementara itu, Kasat Reskrim Polresta Malang Kota, Kompol Muhammad Soleh, menjelaskan bahwa tersangka baru pertama kali melakukan aksi kejahatan tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMotifnya karena masalah ekonomi, pengangguran, dan terlilit hutang, motor milik korban sebenarnya sempat akan dijual, namun tidak laku hingga akhirnya masih dalam penguasaan tersangka saat ditangkap,\u201d ungkapnya.<\/p>\n<p>Pihak Polresta Malang Kota mengimbau kepada seluruh masyarakat, khususnya para pengemudi ojol dan pengguna jalan, untuk tetap waspada.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Segera melapor jika menemukan tindakan mencurigakan atau mengalami tindak kejahatan di jalan raya,&#8221; pungkas Kasatreskrim Polresta Malang Kota.
