Penetapan status tersangka dilakukan oleh Polsek Klapanunggal kurang dari sepekan setelah korban melaporkan kejadian tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>Kapolsek Klapanunggal, AKP Silfi Adi Putri, S.Tr.K., S.I.K., membenarkan bahwa tersangka adalah Sdr. Lr (26), warga Desa Klapanunggal, yang juga merupakan anak dari salah satu kepala desa di wilayah tersebut. Ia diduga memukul korban, Sdr. MWM(27), menggunakan tangan kosong di bagian kepala saat berada di Kampung Tegal, Desa Kembang Kuning, pada Senin malam, 28 April 2025.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKorban mengalami luka sobek pada pelipis kiri dan memar di pelipis kanan, kemudian menjalani pengobatan di RSIA Kenari Graha Medika. Korban baru melapor keesokan harinya, tanggal 30 April,\u201d ujar Kapolsek dalam keterangannya, Rabu (7\/5\/2025)<\/p>\n<p>Setelah melakukan pemeriksaan saksi-saksi dan gelar perkara, Polsek Klapanunggal pada hari Senin , 5 Mei 2025 menetapkan Saudara Lr (26) sebagai tersangka dan melakukan penahanan di Rutan Polsek Klapanunggal .
