{"id":149287,"date":"2025-04-30T22:10:40","date_gmt":"2025-04-30T15:10:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/realistis.id\/?p=149287"},"modified":"2025-04-30T22:11:19","modified_gmt":"2025-04-30T15:11:19","slug":"kapolres-ngawi-beri-semangat-anggota-dengan-ikut-latihan-dalmas-bersama","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/realistis.id\/index.php\/2025\/04\/30\/kapolres-ngawi-beri-semangat-anggota-dengan-ikut-latihan-dalmas-bersama\/","title":{"rendered":"Kapolres Ngawi Beri Semangat Anggota, Dengan Ikut Latihan Dalmas Bersama"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ngawi,Buserjatim.com group\u2014 Satuan Samapta Polres Ngawi, Polda Jawa Timur, melaksanakan latihan Dalmas (Pengendalian Massa), yang dipimpin Kapolres Ngawi AKBP Charles Pandapotan Tampubolon, S.I.K., S.H., M.H.<\/p>\n<p>Kegiatan ini, berlangsung di halaman Satya Haprabu Polres Ngawi dan diikuti oleh seluruh personel Dalmas Sat Samapta, pada Rabu (30\/4\/2025)<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Latihan ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat kemampuan personel dalam mengantisipasi potensi gangguan kamtibmas yang mungkin terjadi di lapangan,&#8221; tutur Kapolres Ngawi, AKBP Charles Pandapotan Tampubolon, S.I.K., S.H., M.H.<\/p>\n<p>Selain itu, latihan Dalmas ini dilakukan untuk memastikan kesiapan seluruh anggota dalam menghadapi berbagai dinamika di lapangan.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Latihan Dalmas ini penting untuk meningkatkan kemampuan teknis personel, mulai dari pembentukan formasi, penggunaan perlengkapan Dalmas, hingga teknik negosiasi dan pendekatan persuasif terhadap massa,&#8221; lanjut Kapolres Ngawi, didampingi Kasat Samapta AKP Dandung Setiawan, S.H., M.H.<\/p>\n<p>AKBP Charles Pandapotan Tampubolon, S.I.K., S.H., M.H., memberikan semangat dan motivasi dengan ikut push up bersama anggota Dalmas yang sedang berlatih.<\/p>\n<p>Kapolres Ngawi yang murah senyum tersebut, juga memastikan bahwa setiap personel Polres Ngawi bertindak profesional, humanis, dan sesuai prosedur.<\/p>\n<p>Selain latihan formasi dasar, personel Samapta dalam hal ini anggota Dalmas juga dibekali dengan simulasi penanganan unjuk rasa serta upaya-upaya penyelesaian konflik secara damai.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Diharapkan melalui latihan ini, situasi keamanan dan ketertiban masyarakat di Kabupaten Ngawi tetap terjaga kondusif,&#8221; tutupnya<\/p>\n<p>Polres Ngawi Polda Jatim berkomitmen untuk memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada masyarakat dengan tetap mengedepankan prinsip profesionalitas dan humanisme dalam setiap pelaksanaan tugas, apalagi menjelang May Day.
