Kegiatan ini merupakan bagian dari program pemerintah dalam menjaga kestabilan harga padi dan memastikan ketersediaan stok beras nasional. Serka Edy Purwanto dengan tekun mendampingi proses panen hingga penyerapan gabah oleh Bulog di lahan pertanian milik kelompok tani &#8220;Makmur Jaya&#8221; yang berlokasi di Dusun Krajan, Desa Kuwu.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam kegiatan tersebut, Serka Edy Purwanto berkoordinasi langsung dengan petugas Bulog dan para petani untuk memastikan proses serapan gabah berjalan dengan lancar. Melalui pendampingannya, Babinsa membantu mengawasi kualitas gabah yang diserap serta memastikan petani mendapatkan harga yang sesuai dengan ketentuan Harga Pembelian Pemerintah (HPP). &#8220;Kami hadir untuk memastikan proses serapan gabah oleh Bulog berjalan dengan transparan dan menguntungkan petani,&#8221; ujar Serka Edy saat ditemui di lokasi panen.<\/p>\n<p>Program Sergab ini tidak hanya bertujuan untuk menstabilkan harga padi, tetapi juga memotivasi petani agar terus meningkatkan produktivitas dan kualitas hasil panennya. Dalam pendampingan tersebut, Serka Edy Purwanto juga memberikan penyuluhan tentang pentingnya memperhatikan kualitas gabah, kadar air, serta sistem pertanian yang baik dan benar. Salah satu petani setempat, Bapak Suyitno, menyambut baik kehadiran Babinsa dalam kegiatan Sergab ini. &#8220;Kehadiran Babinsa membuat kami sebagai petani merasa diperhatikan dan proses penjualan ke Bulog menjadi lebih terstruktur,&#8221; ungkapnya.<\/p>\n<p>Selama pendampingan, tercatat sebanyak 10 ton gabah kering panen (GKP) berhasil diserap oleh Bulog dari petani setempat. Proses serapan gabah dimulai dari pengangkutan hasil panen ke tempat penimbangan, pengecekan kualitas oleh petugas Bulog, hingga pembayaran langsung kepada petani. Serka Edy memastikan semua proses berjalan sesuai prosedur dan petani mendapatkan haknya.<\/p>\n<p>Dandim 0803\/Madiun, Letkol Kav Widhi Bayu Sudibyo melalui Danramil 0803\/03 Balerejo, Kapten Cba Mulyono mengapresiasi kinerja Babinsa dalam mendampingi program Sergab ini. &#8220;Peran Babinsa sangat penting sebagai perpanjangan tangan TNI AD dalam membantu program pemerintah, khususnya di bidang ketahanan pangan. Kami berharap pendampingan seperti ini terus dilakukan untuk menjaga stabilitas pangan dan kesejahteraan petani,&#8221; tuturnya.
