Sesuai arahan, efisiensi ini berfokus pada menghilangkan &#8216;lemak&#8217; dalam belanja APBN, yakni pengeluaran yang tidak esensial, tanpa mengurangi &#8216;otot&#8217;\u2014kemampuan pemerintah dalam menjalankan program prioritas bagi rakyat.<\/p>\n<p>Pemerintah melalui Kepala Kantor Komunikasi Kepresidenan, Hasan Nasbi, menegaskan bahwa kebijakan ini bertujuan agar setiap rupiah dalam APBN digunakan seefektif mungkin untuk mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi, kesejahteraan masyarakat, dan pembangunan berkelanjutan.
