Diabetes\u2013 Penderita diabetes lebih rentan terhadap kolesterol tinggi, yang dapat memperburuk komplikasi kesehatan.<\/p>\n<p>Cara Mencegah Kolesterol Tinggi<br \/>\nUntuk menghindari risiko tersebut, ada beberapa langkah yang dapat dilakukan, antara lain:<\/p>\n<p>Mengatur Pola Makan\u2013 Konsumsi makanan sehat, seperti sayur, buah, ikan, dan kacang-kacangan, serta mengurangi makanan berlemak jenuh dan gorengan.<br \/>\nRutin Berolahraga\u2013 Aktivitas fisik seperti jalan kaki, bersepeda, atau berenang selama 30 menit sehari dapat membantu menurunkan kadar kolesterol jahat (LDL).<br \/>\nMenghindari Rokok dan Alkohol Kebiasaan ini dapat memperburuk kadar kolesterol dan meningkatkan risiko penyakit kardiovaskular.<br \/>\nMengontrol Berat Badan, Obesitas dapat meningkatkan kadar kolesterol jahat dan menurunkan kolesterol baik (HDL).<br \/>\nRutin Periksa Kesehatan\u2013 Cek kadar kolesterol secara berkala untuk mengetahui kondisinya sejak dini dan mengambil tindakan pencegahan yang diperlukan.<\/p>\n<p>Dengan menerapkan gaya hidup sehat, risiko akibat kolesterol tinggi dapat dikurangi secara signifikan.
