Tersangka DDB merupakan pelaku persetubuhan anak dengan korban MAH 13 tahun, Minggu (12\/01\/2025).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kapolres Mappi AKBP Yustinus S. Kadang S. Sos., M.Si saat di konfirmasi melalui Kasat Reskrim Polres Mappi Iptu Bisma Putra S.Tr.K., M.H mengatakan bahwa tersangka ditangkap karena merupakan DPO kasus persetubuhan anak yang dilaporkan oleh keluarga korban MAH.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cDalam penangkap tersangka memang membutuhkan proses waktu yang panjang ini dikarenakan pelaku selalu berpindah \u2013 pindah tempat. Syukur hari minggu kemarin tangal 12\/01\/2025 kami berhasil meringkus tersangka. tuturnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lanjut Kasat menjelaskan peristiwa tersebut terjadi pada hari Jumat tanggal 05 Juni 2024 sekitar Pukul 07.00 Wit dimana pelaku mengajak korban melewati hutan sekitaran Kompleks Pemakaman Umum Soska, melihat situasi yang sepi pelaku tiba \u2013 tiba mengancam korban dengan mengunakan pisau untuk melepaskan pakaiannya, pelaku akhirnya menyetubui korban diatas salah satu makam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2018\u2019Korban tidak melakukan perlawanan karena sebelumnya korban telah diancam dengan mengunakan pisau oleh perlaku dan tak hanya itu, pelaku juga pengambil telepon seluler milik korban dan mengambil gambar korban dalam keadaan telanjang.
