{"id":126321,"date":"2025-01-10T14:08:51","date_gmt":"2025-01-10T07:08:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/realistis.id\/?p=126321"},"modified":"2025-01-10T14:09:44","modified_gmt":"2025-01-10T07:09:44","slug":"polisi-berhasil-ungkap-peredaran-okerbaya-tersangka-dan-ribuan-pil-dobel-l-diamankan-di-nganjuk","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/realistis.id\/index.php\/2025\/01\/10\/polisi-berhasil-ungkap-peredaran-okerbaya-tersangka-dan-ribuan-pil-dobel-l-diamankan-di-nganjuk\/","title":{"rendered":"Polisi Berhasil Ungkap Peredaran Okerbaya, Tersangka dan Ribuan Pil Dobel L Diamankan di Nganjuk"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>NGANJUK, BUSERJATIM.COM GROUP<\/strong> &#8211; Polres Nganjuk Polda Jatim berhasil mengungkap kasus peredaran obat keras berbahaya (okerbaya) jenis pil dobel L di wilayah Patianrowo.<\/p>\n<p>Dua tersangka pengedar dan 9.971 Pil Dobel L berhasil diamankan dalam dua operasi pada Selasa (07\/01\/2025) yang lalu.<\/p>\n<p>Kapolres Nganjuk, AKBP Siswantoro, S.I.K., M.H dalam keterangannya, Kamis (9\/1\/2025), menjelaskan bahwa penangkapan bermula dari informasi masyarakat.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Pada awalnya, kami menangkap seorang laki-laki berinisial DR (26), warga Desa Babadan, Kecamatan Patianrowo, yang kedapatan menyimpan dan mengedarkan pil dobel L,&#8221; ujar AKBP Siswantoro.<\/p>\n<p>Dari penangkapan itu lanjut AKBP Siswantoro, petugas melakukan pengembangan dan berhasil mengamankan tersangka kedua berinisial AH (43), warga Dusun Termas, Desa Babadan.<\/p>\n<p>Sementara itu, Kasat Resnarkoba Polres Nganjuk, Iptu Sugiarto, S.H., menambahkan bahwa DR ditangkap di salah satu rumah di Dusun Ngepung, Kecamatan Patianrowo.<\/p>\n<p>Dari hasil penggeledahan, ditemukan barang bukti berupa 571 butir pil dobel L, uang tunai Rp20.000, dan satu ponsel Oppo A16.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Pengembangan kasus ini mengarah kepada AH (43), warga Dusun Termas, Desa Babadan. Dari rumahnya, kami mengamankan 9.400 butir pil dobel L,&#8221; ujarnya.<\/p>\n<p>Pelaku DR mengaku mendapatkan pil dari AH, sedangkan AH mengaku memperoleh barang tersebut dari seorang pria berinisial AI yang saat ini berstatus DPO.<\/p>\n<p>Keduanya kini ditahan di Polres Nganjuk Polda Jatim untuk proses penyidikan lebih lanjut.<\/p>\n<p>Para pelaku dijerat Pasal 435 Jo Pasal 436 Ayat (2) UU RI Nomor 17 Tahun 2023 tentang Kesehatan.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Ancaman hukuman maksimal adalah 15 tahun penjara dan\/atau denda Rp1,5 miliar,&#8221; pungkas Iptu Sugiarto.
