LUMAJANG,BUSERJATIM.COM GROUP<\/strong>\u2013 Kejadian pencurian sepeda motor di dusun Krajan, desa Wonoayu, kecamatan Ranuyoso, kabupaten Lumajang berhasil diamankan oleh Unit Reskrim Polsek Ranuyoso, Polres Lumajang.<\/p>\n

Kapolres Lumajang, AKBP Mohammad Zainur Rofik, S.I.K melalui Kasubsi Pidm Sihumas Ipda Sugiarto, S.H mengungkapkan, pelaku yang berhasil diamankan berinisial PN (34), warga desa Mlawang, kecamatan Klakah, kabupaten Lumajang.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

“Pelaku ini cukup nekat melakukan aksinya di siang hari dengan membawa kabur sepeda motor milik korban SR,” ujar Ipda Sugiarto, Jumat (3\/1\/2025).<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Lebih lanjut, Ipda Sugiarto menjelaskan kronologi kejadiannya, bahwa pelaku yang awalnya hanya mengamen sambil tepuk-tepuk tangan dengan berjalan kaki sendirian keliling Ranuyoso.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Saat menemukan sepeda motor Honda Beat dengan kunci masih tertancap di lubang kontak, tanpa ragu pelaku langsung menyalakan mesin dan berusaha melarikan diri.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

“Beruntung, aksi pelaku diketahui oleh korban dan warga sekitar. Mereka langsung mengejar dan berhasil mengamankan pelaku di jalan raya depan rumah korban,” imbuhnya.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Pelaku merupakan residivis yang sudah 4 kali masuk penjara karena kasus pencurian sepeda motor, emas, dan ponsel.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Meski telah menjalani hukuman, pelaku tampaknya tak jera dan kembali mengulangi perbuatannya.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Atas perbuatannya, pelaku dijerat dengan Pasal 362 KUHP tentang Pencurian dengan ancaman hukuman maksimal 5 tahun penjara.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

“Saat ini, pelaku telah diamankan di Mapolres Lumajang untuk menjalani proses hukum lebih lanjut,” tandas Ipda Sugiarto.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Polisi mengimbau kepada masyarakat agar selalu waspada dan tidak memberikan kesempatan kepada pelaku kejahatan.<\/p>\n
