JAKARTA , BUSERJATIM.COM GROUP<\/strong> – Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia (Polri) menegaskan komitmennya dalam menegakkan kode etik dan disiplin anggotanya. Hal ini disampaikan oleh Karo Penmas Divhumas Polri, Brigjen Pol. Trunoyudo Wisnu Andiko, dalam doorstop di depan lobby Gedung TNCC Mabes Polri, Kamis (2\/1\/2025).<\/p>\n

Pada momen ini, Brigjen Trunoyudo merinci hasil sidang Komisi Kode Etik Polri (KKEP) terkait dugaan pelanggaran yang dilakukan oleh MEY.<\/p>\n

Sidang yang berlangsung pada Selasa (31\/12\/2024) dan Kamis (2\/1\/2025) di Mabes Polri menyatakan MEY terbukti melakukan pelanggaran etik berupa pemerasan terhadap sejumlah penonton konser Djakarta Warehouse Project (DWP) 2024, baik warga negara asing (WNA) maupun warga negara Indonesia (WNI). Dalam aksinya, MEY diduga meminta uang sebagai imbalan untuk pembebasan mereka yang diamankan atas dugaan penyalahgunaan narkoba.<\/p>\n

Komisi KKEP yang dipimpin oleh Wairwasum Polri Irjen Pol. Yan Sultra Indrajaya memutuskan bahwa perbuatan MEY merupakan pelanggaran berat.<\/p>\n

“Pelanggar dikenakan sanksi etika berupa pernyataan perbuatan tercela dan sanksi administratif berupa penempatan dalam tempat khusus selama enam hari, serta pemberhentian tidak dengan hormat (PTDH) sebagai anggota Polri,” ujar Brigjen Pol. Trunoyudo.<\/p>\n

Meski telah dijatuhkan sanksi PTDH, MEY menyatakan banding terhadap putusan tersebut. Namun, Polri memastikan proses hukum tetap berjalan sesuai dengan prosedur yang berlaku.<\/p>\n

“Polri berkomitmen untuk menjaga integritas dan kepercayaan masyarakat dengan menindak tegas setiap pelanggaran yang dilakukan oleh anggotanya,” tegas Brigjen Trunoyudo.<\/p>\n

Kompolnas yang diwakili oleh Arief Wicaksono dan Choirul Anam turut mengapresiasi langkah tegas Polri.<\/p>\n

“Keputusan ini menunjukkan komitmen Polri dalam menjaga kepercayaan publik,” kata Arief.<\/p>\n

Dengan putusan ini, Polri berharap dapat terus memperbaiki citra institusi dan memberikan kepastian bahwa setiap pelanggaran akan ditindak tegas demi menegakkan keadilan.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
