{"id":120251,"date":"2024-12-09T13:33:01","date_gmt":"2024-12-09T06:33:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/realistis.id\/?p=120251"},"modified":"2024-12-09T13:33:43","modified_gmt":"2024-12-09T06:33:43","slug":"kurang-dari-24-jam-polres-magetan-berhasil-ungkap-pelaku-pembuangan-bayi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/realistis.id\/index.php\/2024\/12\/09\/kurang-dari-24-jam-polres-magetan-berhasil-ungkap-pelaku-pembuangan-bayi\/","title":{"rendered":"Kurang dari 24 Jam, Polres Magetan Berhasil Ungkap Pelaku Pembuangan Bayi"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>MAGETAN,BUSERJATIM.COM GROUP-<\/strong> Polres Magetan Polda Jatim melalui Satuan Reserse Kriminal (Satreskrim) berhasil mengungkap kasus pembuangan bayi yang menggegerkan warga di Desa\/Kecamatan Sukomoro, Kabupaten Magetan.<\/p>\n<p>Bayi tersebut ditemukan di sebuah gazebo depan toko besi pada Kamis (6\/12\/2024).<\/p>\n<p>Dalam waktu kurang dari 24 jam, Polisi berhasil mengamankan dua pelaku yang diduga kuat sebagai pelaku pembuangan bayi.<\/p>\n<p>Kedua pelaku, pria berinisial YF (20) dan wanita berinisial IF (22), ditangkap di sebuah rumah kos di Kecamatan Karangrejo pada Jumat sore (6\/12\/2024).<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Terduga pelaku pembuang bayi berhasil diamankan petugas di sebuah kos-kosan,&#8221; ujar Kasihumas Polres Magetan, Iptu Agus Rianto, SH, Sabtu (07\/12\/2024).<\/p>\n<p>YF dan IF diketahui berasal dari Sulawesi, yang tinggal bersama di rumah kos tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>Saat diinterogasi, mereka mengaku membuang bayi laki-laki karena merasa tidak mampu merawatnya.<\/p>\n<p>Mereka berharap bayi itu ditemukan dan diasuh oleh orang lain.<\/p>\n<p>Keberhasilan pengungkapan ini tidak lepas dari kerja keras petugas yang didukung bukti-bukti kuat, termasuk rekaman CCTV di sekitar lokasi kejadian.<\/p>\n<p>Selain itu keterangan saksi, dan penjepit tali pusar berwarna biru yang ditemukan di tempat bayi dibuang juga menjadi petunjuk bagi Polisi untuk mengungkap pelaku.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Penjepit tali pusar itu berasal dari rumah sakit tempat bayi dilahirkan, sehingga membantu kami mengidentifikasi pelaku,&#8221; tambah Iptu Agus Rianto.<\/p>\n<p>Atas perbuatan tersebut, YF dan IF dijerat dengan Pasal 77 Undang-Undang Perlindungan Anak. Mereka terancam hukuman penjara hingga lima tahun.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Pelaku membuang bayi dengan alasan tidak mampu mengasuhnya. Namun, tindakan ini tetap melanggar hukum dan harus dipertanggungjawabkan,&#8221; tegas Iptu Agus.<\/p>\n<p>Sementara itu, bayi laki-laki yang ditinggalkan kini dirawat di RSUD dr. Sayidiman, Magetan.<\/p>\n<p>Meski sempat berada di tempat terbuka, kondisi bayi dilaporkan stabil dan mendapatkan perawatan intensif oleh tim medis.
